How We Charge Our Fees

Unless otherwise advised (for example; brokerage provided for loans and investment products) , we charge competitive professional fees based on time, the nature of the task undertaken and which member of our staff undertakes such work. The Directors fees, for example, are higher per unit than other staff in our practice.

Any disbursements incurred by our practice are passed on when our account is raised. Normally, our accounts are raised on a completed job basis unless such a job exceeds three months where in such circumstances, an interim account may be raised.

NB: GST at the current rate of 10% is also added to our Tax Invoices.

Our Trading Terms and Payment Form

Our Tax Invoices are 7 Day Accounts. We expect prompt payment of our professional fees raised and, as an incentive, we provide a 5% Settlement Discount if paid within 7 days by cash or cheque. (NB A 2% Settlement Discount applies should a credit card be used). However, should an account be unpaid after 7 Days our firm will be obliged to raise a 2% monthly account keeping fee and thereafter for each additional month the account and any additional fees remains outstanding to cover our additional administrative costs. This is a condition of our engagement.
