Our Firm provides access to an expert lending service

that locates the most suitable home loan, business loan, car loan, hire purchase and equipment leases for clients, individuals and businesses.

Our Firm works in conjunction with Lawfund West Pty Ltd, licensed Mortgage Broker and part of the 5th biggest mortgage origination group in Australia. We determine whether a loan or lease is appropriate to your circumstances and if so, what is the most tax effective manner such a loan or lease should be undertaken. We then work with a representative of Lawfund West who understands our approach, which is, "what is best for our client is paramount". Lawfund West then locates the most suitable loan or lease for you, prepares your Application and keeps us informed of the progress of your loan or lease Application.

In most cases no fees are payable to our Firm as our remuneration for this service is paid by Lawfund West.

Alternatively, our Firm is able to assist in the preparation of supporting documentation such as Projected Cashflow Budget, Operating Budget, Business Plan, etc, for your own loan application to your choice of financial institution. Our normal Fees and Credit Terms would apply in respect of this professional work.
