Quick Tax Service

Accord Group (WA) Pty Ltd, Certified Practising Accountants and Registered Tax Agents, have introduced a Quick Tax System (for I Tax Returns) designed to best meet your needs with fee rates that best meet your individual circumstances. Please note however, that our tax work is undertaken by professional staff and supervised by ex-Taxation Office staff thereby ensuring correct taxation returns but maximising your deductions available under Taxation Law. The options available for you are:

SIMPLE RETURNS - From $150 plus GST

• If you have a simple tax return fill in the “quick” form (PDF 171KB) (read the 2011 Tax Return Checklist (PDF 57KB)).
• Provide all of your PAYG summaries, any other income received and all relevant documents.
• Include a list of appropriate deductions you wish to claim and attach all receipts where applicable.
• If possible please provide your tax return for the previous financial year.
• All tax returns will be lodged electronically with most refunds within 12 to 14 days.
• Payment is via cash, cheque or credit card and is due before lodgement.
• Bank account name, account number and BSB to be provided if you wish for your tax refund to be banked directly into your account.
• Credit Terms do not apply.

INVESTMENT/RENTAL PROPERTIES/LARGE OCCUPATIONAL CLAIMS - From $225 plus GST

• All of the above is required
• Plus, if you have investments or a investment property fill in the “detailed” form (PFD 132KB) (read the 2011 Tax Return Checklist (PDF 138KB)).
• If you wish, or feel it is necessary, please make an appointment for a 15 minute interview with an accountant. After hours service is available between 5:30- 7:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from July - September.
