David Tilley - Director

The team is head up by the Principal and Director, David Tilley. David is a Certified Practicing Accountant holding a Public Practice Certificate with CPA Australia. He is also a Chartered Taxation Advisor with The Taxation Insitute of Australia. He holds a Regulation 146 ASIC Qualification to practice as a Financial Advisor. David’s background includes nearly 10 years in the Australian Taxation Office, including stints as a Tax Assessor, Tax Auditor and Senior Investigation Officer. While taking up Professional Practice since leaving the ATO, David has also been a Finance Director of a ASX public listed company, set up subsidiaries in the USA, Malaysia and Singapore. He and his family have been involved in a fashion boutique, cafe/lunch bars, a motel, tavern as well as a home automation technology company. In his role at Accord, David has provided assistance to clients in a number of different industries and stages of their development.

Ai-le Ng - Senior Accountant

Ai-le holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University. She has just completed her Certified Practising Accountant post graduate course with CPA Australia. She has been with Accord for a number of years starting as an undergraduate accountant. In her role as Senior Accountant she works closely with the principal David Tilley in all facets of professional practice and is part of in-house Quality Assurance Review Team.

Kieran Chong - Graduate Accountant

Kieran holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Curtin University and is a member of CPA Australia. Kieran started with Accord as an Undergraduate Accountant and has experience with Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxation, ASIC Compliance and Administration of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.
